CoinNFT Club – Affiliate Policy

1. General Eligibility

  • Every CoinNFT Club member holding a valid CoinNFT is eligible to participate in the CoinNFT Club Affiliate Program.
  • The Affiliate Program is designed to incentivize the promotion of the Club and its research-support mission, not as an investment or financial product.

2. Types of Affiliate Rewards

There are two main types of affiliate rewards:

  1. Referral Minting: When someone uses your referral link to mint a new CoinNFT from either a public Template Gallery design or a direct link to a Private Template:
    • First-level affiliate (direct referrer): 15% of the minting fee.
    • Second-level affiliate (referrer of the first-level): 10%.
    • Third-level affiliate (referrer of the second-level): 5%.
  2. Template Creator Rewards: If someone mints a CoinNFT using a template you personally created:
    • You receive a 10% reward from the minting fee, regardless of referral link.
    • If your template is marked as Public and listed in the Gallery, you will also be treated as the first-level referrer for those mints, and entitled to both types of rewards.

3. Technical Notes on Referral Tracking

  • The referral link is tracked on a per-device basis and is valid only if it is the first time the project website is opened on that browser/device.
  • Returning users or those who have previously visited the site without a referral link may not be attributed to your referral.

4. Use Across Ecosystem

  • Referral codes may apply to other current and future research sub-projects supported by the Club, such as CoinRobot.AI, under their respective rules.

5. Access and Transparency

  • Affiliate links and reward statistics are accessible to members via their personal dashboard after logging in at coinnft.ai/login
  • Affiliate rewards are denominated in COINROBOT token and paid based on the Club’s capabilities, without any guaranteed schedule.

6. Important Disclaimers

  • The Affiliate Program is not a financial product or investment scheme.
  • Commissions are a form of proportional compensation for promotional support and content contribution (e.g., template creation).
  • No financial returns, passive income, or ROI guarantees are associated with Club membership or affiliate participation.
  • All affiliate rewards are optional and discretionary, depending on the project’s available resources.
  • The Club reserves the right to modify or suspend the Affiliate Program.

7. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

  • Members are expected to use referral links responsibly and ethically.
  • Artificial self-referrals, fraudulent identity creation, or any misuse of the system may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of rewards.
