The system may process user identifiers, email address, password hash, language and timezone settings, referral identifiers, Connector configurations, API connection data, Plan settings, strategy references, trading and system logs, security logs, session data, minimal cookies and per-version Terms acceptance timestamps.

To analyse use of the service, we process a persistent opaque device identifier cookie, page views and successful business events. Usage logs may contain timestamps, attribution source, country code, language, screen size, device and browser type, IP address and user agent, but never passwords, tokens, API or private keys, or trading secrets. Logs are retained for 365 days by default.

The purposes of processing are account operation, login and security checks, running Connectors and Plans, logging trading instructions, email notifications, troubleshooting, system development, referral tracking and proving when the user accepted which Terms version.

Data is currently stored physically on a server in Istanbul, Turkey. CoinRobot.AI reserves the right to move the server for technical, security, business or legal reasons. Data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law, authority order or indispensable technical operation of the service.

When a Plan is deleted, related logs and data are deleted. When a Connector is deleted, API connection data is deleted. When an account is deleted, related user data is deleted, except public strategies may remain and be transferred to Admin ownership, and Terms acceptance records may be retained for legal evidence tied to refID and not to an email address.

The user may request access, correction, deletion or information about data processing at admin@coinrobot.ai. GDPR provisions are applied where and to the extent they apply to the service or help users exercise their rights.
