1. Introduction

Welcome to the CoinNFT Club. By acquiring a CoinNFT and participating in the Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The CoinNFT Club is a private, voluntary community for those interested in supporting blockchain-based research and development (R&D).

2. Nature of Membership

The CoinNFT Club is not an investment vehicle. Membership is granted in exchange for a voluntary contribution supporting an R&D project related to crypto asset strategies and AI technologies. No monetary return or financial gain is guaranteed or implied.

3. Contributions and Membership Tiers

Membership is acquired by contributing over $10 in USDT, USDC, or BNB. Membership tiers are:

  • Bronze: $10 - $99
  • Silver: $100 - $999
  • Gold: $1,000 - $9,999
  • Platinum: $10,000 and above

Each contribution mints a unique CoinNFT (ERC-721) on the BNB Chain to the contributor’s wallet. Contributions are non-refundable.

4. Rights and Privileges

  • Access to project news and updates
  • Participation in governance through voting (based on tier)
  • Affiliate program eligibility
  • Creation of personalized NFT templates (subject to review)
  • Eligibility for occasional travel vouchers and rewards
  • Potential to receive USDC rewards when and if Club resources allow

5. Duration and Extensions

Membership is time-limited based on contribution amount. The Club reserves the right to extend the duration of access at its discretion. Extended access may be granted based on activity, participation, or other conditions, but is not guaranteed.

6. NFT Transfer and Use

CoinNFTs are fully transferable. Rights and rewards associated with the Club follow the current holder of the NFT.

7. Content and Template Policy

Templates submitted for NFT creation must meet community standards and not violate copyright, decency, or public interest laws. The Club retains an irrevocable right to use submitted templates and may approve them for public or private visibility.

8. Legal Disclaimer

All rewards are discretionary and based on the success of the Club’s R&D projects. The Club does not promise, guarantee, or assume liability for financial returns. The CoinNFT Club seeks to avoid areas that require regulatory authorization or licensing.
