Terms & Conditions - Terms & Conditions v1.0

Version: 1.0 | Effective date: 2026.06.28

Changelog: There is no previous changelog for the initial version.

1. Nature of the service

CoinRobot.AI is a software research and development project and a community trading automation interface. Its purpose is to provide a unified control surface for creating, testing, running and monitoring Connectors, Strategies and Plans connected to existing external trading platforms.

CoinRobot.AI is not a trading platform, broker, investment firm, financial institution, crypto-asset service provider, custodian, wallet provider, exchange or investment adviser. The system does not accept, hold, manage or withdraw user money or assets.

Customer identification, KYC, AML, MiCA, tax, investment or other regulatory compliance on external platforms is the responsibility of the relevant external platform and/or the user. CoinRobot.AI does not accept responsibility for whether a particular user may use a platform, asset, strategy or automation in a given country, status or regulatory environment.

2. Community strategies

A core principle of CoinRobot.AI is that community members can create strategies. A user may write a strategy, inspect an existing strategy, modify it, customize it, make a copy and use it in their own Plan. A public strategy may be visible and usable by others, but this does not mean CoinRobot.AI has reviewed, approved, recommended or qualified it as profitable.

The system may display calculated performance and profitability indicators for public strategies, but these are historical or technical data and are not a promise of future results. Past performance, backtests, logs, calculated profit or community popularity do not guarantee future profit in any way.

If the author of a strategy switches it to private, this primarily restricts new selection, copying or editing. Based on the current implementation, already running Plans may continue to use the previously referenced strategy as long as the execution script can resolve the reference by file name or family. Users are responsible for checking which strategy their running Plans rely on.

Community strategies may be subject to minimal moderation. If a user considers a strategy misleading, risky, unlawful, malicious or defective, they should report it to admin@coinrobot.ai. CoinRobot.AI reserves the right to hide, privatize, delete or restrict strategies, but is not required to pre-review every strategy.

3. Connectors, Plans and API connections

A Connector is an API connection setting for an external trading platform. A Plan is a specific trading configuration: it defines which Connector, instruments, settings, strategy and execution mode the robot uses. During Plan execution, the robot may issue trading instructions based on the configured strategy.

The user chooses the supported platform. Integrations are currently available for Binance, OKX, Alpaca, DEX-Arbitrum and DEX-Solana. Supported platforms may expand, shrink or change for technical reasons. CoinRobot.AI is not responsible for external platforms, API changes, restrictions, fees, availability, failures or legal compliance.

When creating an API connection, the user must grant the narrowest possible permissions. CoinRobot.AI does not need and does not recommend withdrawal or asset-transfer permissions. The user must not grant API permissions that create unnecessary risk beyond the required trading functionality.

4. User decision and responsibility

The user independently decides to register, create a Connector, select a platform, select instruments, choose or write a strategy, create a Plan, start or stop the robot. CoinRobot.AI does not assess whether the user's financial situation, risk tolerance, experience, tax position or legal status makes trading suitable for them.

The user must understand the strategy used, check Plan settings, monitor logs, trades executed on the external platform and any email notifications. Trading is started and stopped by the user; CoinRobot.AI is not responsible if the user does not stop a Plan in time, selects the wrong asset, uses a defective strategy or fails to monitor their platform.

Plans can be stopped, Connectors can be deleted, and API access can be revoked on the external platform at any time. These actions must be taken by the user if they no longer wish to use the robot or want to reduce risk.

5. Fees and affiliate system

Credits are currently provided free in coupon form, while users with individual needs may also obtain additional credits, currently by USDC transfer. Credit rules and values may change.

CoinRobot.AI operates on credits. A chargeable live trade has a default base cost of 1 credit (a backtest trade 0.1 credit). When a Plan uses an active AI-optimized strategy change, the trade base cost is multiplied by 1.30. Plan-size multipliers then apply: 1× up to 10,000, 2× above 10,000 and 3× above 100,000, followed by any user-specific multiplier. Interfaces may define different base costs, and all values are configurable and may change.

Credits can be obtained through coupons or USDC transfer (currently 20 credits per 1 USDC), and earned through affiliate referrals or another user's live use of a published public strategy. The Account page displays the balance, every credit movement and the currently returnable non-free portion. The user may request unused non-free credits back through the same method by which they were obtained; free, coupon and promotional credits cannot be returned.

The system includes referral / affiliate tracking: it may remember which referral ID a user arrived through and display this in the Account menu. After referrals, the referrer may receive credits. From the credit deductions of referred users, the system may redistribute credits across three referral levels according to the configured trade-usage shares. See the Affiliate rules section for the current credit earning model. This is credit redistribution, not an automatic cash commission or guaranteed payout.

If a user publishes a public strategy and another user uses it in a Plan, 40% of the credits consumed by those chargeable strategy trades is currently credited to the publisher. Affiliate and public-strategy rewards can therefore create a credit surplus and a potential income opportunity: the non-free portion derived from transferred credits may be requested back through its original acquisition method. This is not a guaranteed income or payout; rates and eligibility may change.

6. Disclaimer of liability

CoinRobot.AI excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Use of the system is entirely at the user's own risk. There is no return guarantee, capital protection guarantee, loss limitation guarantee, continuous operation guarantee, and no guarantee that current functions, platforms, strategies or pricing terms will remain unchanged.

CoinRobot.AI is not liable in particular for market losses, lost profits, data loss, malfunction, delayed execution, API errors, external platform failures, external platform insolvency, regulatory changes, price losses, strategy errors, incorrect user settings, unauthorized access, account compromise, network outage, server failure, email delivery failure or any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damage.

The system is under development. Errors, interruptions, inaccurate displays, incomplete data, interrupted executions, changing fields, temporarily unavailable functions or backwards-incompatible changes may occur. The user accepts that in such an environment they must not take risks that they cannot afford to lose.

7. Intellectual property and user content

The CoinRobot.AI name, interface, software, documentation, system logic and related visual elements are intellectual property of the project. The user may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute without authorization, overload, bypass or maliciously use the system.

Strategies, settings and other content created by the user are the user's responsibility. If the user makes a strategy public, they permit it to be displayed in CoinRobot.AI, reviewed by other users, copied, customized and used in their own Plans. Users may not publish unlawful, misleading, malicious content or content promising guaranteed returns.

8. Changes and versioning

The Terms & Conditions are versioned documents. The current version is determined by system configuration. Each new version has a separate changelog summarizing material changes from the previous version.

After login, if the user has not yet accepted the current version, the system may redirect them to the acceptance page and restrict access until acceptance. Acceptance time is recorded per version. If the user skipped multiple versions, the system may display changelogs created since the last accepted version.

In case of translation differences, the English version prevails, while the user accepts the documents displayed in their current UI language.
